Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the GaragePass iOS application (“App”) operated by Web Savvy Designs (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using GaragePass, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use GaragePass. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Your Account
GaragePass uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@websavvydesigns.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all vehicle data, photos, documents, and records you enter into GaragePass (“Your Content”). By using the App, you grant Web Savvy Designs a limited license to store and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the GaragePass service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights. You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the intellectual property of others.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use GaragePass for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its backend systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App to store or transmit malicious code
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
- Share your account credentials with others
5. Service Records and PDF Exports
GaragePass allows you to generate PDF documents containing your vehicle service history for sharing with potential buyers or others. You acknowledge that:
- The accuracy of all records is your sole responsibility
- GaragePass does not verify, certify, or guarantee the accuracy of any service records
- PDF exports are provided as a convenience tool and should not be relied upon as legal documentation
- Web Savvy Designs is not responsible for any transactions or decisions made based on exported records
6. Subscription and Payments
GaragePass may offer paid subscription plans in the future. Any paid features will be clearly disclosed before purchase. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s payment terms. Refunds are handled according to Apple’s refund policy.
7. Disclaimers
GaragePass is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the App.
GaragePass is a record-keeping tool only. It is not a substitute for professional mechanical advice. Always consult a qualified mechanic for vehicle maintenance and safety decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Web Savvy Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use GaragePass, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to property, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of GaragePass shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Data Deletion
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by going to Settings → Delete Account & All Data within the App. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. We do not retain your data after deletion.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to GaragePass at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using GaragePass at any time by deleting the App from your device.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of GaragePass after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Washoe County, Nevada.
