1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using Ta-Da List, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
2. TaDa Pro Subscription Ta-Da List offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called TaDa Pro.
- Price: $7.99 per year
- A 7-day free trial is available to eligible new subscribers
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
- Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- To cancel, go to iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Ta-Da List
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods; contact Apple for refund requests
3. What TaDa Pro Includes TaDa Pro unlocks full journal history, insights and stats, badges and achievements, the TaDa Wall, weekly recaps, win sharing, home screen widgets, and premium themes.
4. Data & Privacy Ta-Da List stores your tasks, wins, moods, and reflections locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to any server. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
5. User Responsibilities You agree to use Ta-Da List only for lawful personal purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the app.
6. Intellectual Property All content, design, and code in Ta-Da List is owned by Web Savvy Designs. All rights reserved.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties Ta-Da List is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
